Q. We already have a photographer, why do we need a photo booth?
A. The Mirror Me Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests. The Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos from the Mirror Me Photo Booth will be an incredible reminder of your fun event.
Q. How far in advance do we have to book?
A. The Mirror Me Photo Booth Adelaide is very popular and our schedule fills up very quickly. Therefore, we recommend booking the Mirror Me Photo Booth as soon as possible to ensure you reserve your date.
Q. Will someone from Mirror Me Photo Booth Adelaide be at our event?
A. Absolutely, our professional Mirror Me Photo Booth attendant will setup the photo booth and stay for the duration of your event to ensure the photo booth runs to perfection. They will also assist your guests with the photo album, if you ordered one and answer any other questions they may have.
Q. Can the Mirror Me Photo Booth be used outside?
A. Although the booth is made very durable, we usually only operate the Mirror Me Photo Booth indoors.
Q. Is the Mirror Me Photo Booth easy to use?
A. The Mirror Me Photo Booth is very simple. You simply touch the screen to start and the Mirror Me takes care of the rest.
Q. Does the Mirror Me Photo Booth meet Australian standards?
A. The Mirror Me Photo Booth has been designed by Foto Master and built by Red Robot Industries in Australia. It meets all Australian Industry standards and all equipment has been electrically tested, tagged and PAT tested.
Q. How much deposit do I need to pay?
A. We require a $300 non-refundable deposit/retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Q. What payment do you accept?
A. We accept direct deposit, cash, cheque and pay pal. Our preferred method is direct deposit.
Q. How big and how heavy is the Mirror Me Photo Booth?
A. The Mirror Me Photo Booth is 925mm wide x 1515mm high X 240mm (depth top) and 600mm (depth base). It weighs 58 kilos.
Q. What type of camera do you use in the Mirror Me Photo Booth?
A. We only use professional Cannon DSLR cameras and lenses to maintain quality of each photo taken.
A. What type of printer do you use?
Q. We use a lab quality sublimation dye printer. This means exceptionally high quality photos that will last a lifetime. Other companies that use Inkjet printers, prints can smudge on your clothes, look grainy and take up to a minute to print.
Q. What size are the printed pictures?
A. The prints are high resolution DSLR 6"X4" standard photo size prints, with 1, 2 or 3 poses per print.
Q. Can I have my event information or company logo on the photos?
We can include your company logo, bride & groom name or event details on the photos.
Q. How long do the photos take to print?
A. The photos print in approximately 10 seconds and are specially coated to come out dry and water resistant, so they will not smudge.
Q. Do you have liability insurance?
A. We have up to $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance cover with Booth Cover Australia.
Q. How much space is required for the Mirror Me Photo Booth?
A. We require a minimum of 2m X 2m but 3m X 3m is recommended to allow enough space for the backdrop, prop table and enough depth to allow guests to move in and out.
Q. When is the booth delivered?
A. The booth will be delivered 1-2 hours prior to your event start time.
Q. Does the Mirror Me Photo Booth come with props?
A. Absolutely, a great selection of props are provided for even more photo fun with the Mirror Me Photo Booth.
Q. Do you have an album/guestbook of the photo available?
A. Yes, this is included in your package. During your event, the guests keep one of their duplicate photo's and the other is placed into your album where guests can write a message next to their picture. This creates a fantastic, personal and unique keepsake. The album will be finished by the end of the event and presented to you to take away with you. This will provide you years of smiles and memories every time you pick it up and look through it.
Q. How will I be able to view the photos from the event?
A. All images will be placed on a USB for you.
